A model made a splash when she posed in a tiger print bikini.

Miss Duff, from the Gold Coast in Australia, struck a sexy pose on the beach to promote Fashion Nova swimwear.

She showcased the "Wild On Vacation Thong 2 Piece Bikini" set, which retails for £22, to her 120,000 followers.

The 24-year-old makeup artist opted for smokey eyeshadow, nude lipstick and scraped her hair back into a glamorous ponytail.

But even though Miss Duff looks gorgeous in the swimwear, some fans pointed out a possible wardrobe malfunction.

They believe the model is wearing her bikini wrong – as the top appears to be upside down.

One commenter asked: "Is the top upside down or is it just me? This the new style? I’m behind."

And another asked: "Same thought here."

Others weren't fazed though, with a fan gushing: "Ooooh yes! I need this bikini!!!!!"

And another swooned: "Simply beautiful."

While upside down bikinis may seem like a fashion faux pas, they've been very popular in recent years.

A few years ago, Italian model Valentina Fradegrada popularised the quirky trend.

Instead of wearing her swimsuits the right way round, the model sported her top backwards.

Tying the halter neck straps across her chest works to amplify the cleavage, which is why the craze is so popular.
