UAE Foils 600+ Cyberattacks on Public and Private Sectors

 

The UAE has successfully foiled over 600 cyber attacks targeting key public and private sectors, according to the Cyber security Council of the UAE Government . These attacks, which aimed to breach sensitive data and disrupt critical infrastructure, were neutralized using advanced global cyber security practices.

The targeted sectors included 30 government institutions and 13 private companies, with the remaining attacks spanning various other sectors . The Cyber security Council has urged all government and private institutions to enhance their cyber security defenses, raise cyber readiness levels, and report any suspicious digital activity immediately .

The UAE has been proactive in strengthening its cyber security measures, with the Cyber security Council working closely with relevant authorities to detect and neutralize cyber threats . The country has also invested in advanced digital infrastructure and cyber security tools to protect its digital sphere .
